DriveSafe Launch with Fay Goodman,
Quentin Willson, Steve Hume
Warkwickshire Police and sponsors
As an essential guide for every motorist, offering practical advice and tips on how to deal with everything from car maintenance to road rage, Building on it’s early successes as an initiative aimed at purely women drivers, DriveSafe has now expanded and reached out to all drivers to ensure that every motorist will feel confident and safe whilst driving. No driver wants to feel vulnerable or become the victim of crime. By understanding how we can project the right body language and by applying the most appropriate driving techniques we provide ourselves with the best opportunity of remaining safe and in control under most circumstances.
The DRIVESAFE initiative was first officially launched on April 7 2005 by special guest speaker TV personality and transportation expert Quentin Willson. This launch was supported by the Beckland Motoring Co Birmingham and the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Birmingham.
